Return and Refund Process
If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Once your return is approved, we will issue a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Conditions for Refund
- The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Furniture must be in its original, unassembled condition.
- Custom-made furniture is non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
